CodeInsight is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software and related services for your internal development work.

2. License Accounts

When you purchase a paid license, an account may be created automatically using the email address associated with your payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Duration, and Activations

Paid licenses may be offered for fixed terms such as 1 year or 3 years. Your license features, expiration date, and activation limits are shown in the license portal and may vary by plan.

• Free plan features remain available without payment.
• Pro features are available only while a valid paid license is active.
• License activations may be limited per plan and may be enforced through the license portal.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Paddle. We do not store full payment card details on our website. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges for the selected plan.

5. Renewals and Pricing

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, paid licenses are sold as fixed-term purchases and are not automatically renewed. Pricing, features, and plan names may change for future purchases or renewals.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, license system, or software. This includes attempting to bypass license checks, sharing paid access in violation of plan limits, reverse engineering the service infrastructure, or interfering with service availability.

7. Intellectual Property

CodeInsight, including its software, branding, site content, and related materials, is owned by CodeInsight Dev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Support and Availability

We may provide documentation, email support, and license management tools, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, improved, or removed as the product evolves.

9. Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. We recommend evaluating the free features before purchasing a paid license.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CodeInsight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or website.
